To sleep with a urostomy night bag, connect the night drainage bag to your urostomy pouch before going to bed, making sure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. Place the night bag below the level of your bladder, such as on a stand or in a bucket beside your bed, to allow gravity drainage. Ensure the tubing is not kinked and has enough slack so you can move comfortably during the night.
