This is a two-piece Convatec 125259 SUR-FIT Natura Stomahesive® flexible cut-to-fit wafer with a white tape collar and a 1¾" (45 mm) flange. A two-piece system allows you to change the pouch without removing the wafer, promoting easier and more comfortable stoma care.
