A skin barrier with flange, like the Hollister 16103 New Image Pre-sized Flextend Floating Flange (Flange 1¾", Stoma ⅞", Green), is an adhesive baseplate worn around a stoma. Its plastic ring (flange) allows secure, easy attachment and removal of a matching ostomy pouch. This two-piece system protects skin from output, simplifies pouch changes, and provides comfort. Each box contains 5 skin barriers.
