To apply the ConvaTec 405436 Esteem synergy Standard Closed Pouch with Filter (Small, for up to 1 3/8" stoma), first clean and dry the skin around your stoma. Measure and cut the wafer opening to match your stoma size, remove the adhesive backing, center the wafer, press gently to secure, then attach the closed pouch with filter to the wafer.
