To change a Hollister ostomy pouch, such as the Hollister 18394 New Image 7" Closed Mini-Pouch with a 2(3/4)" flange, gently remove the used pouch and skin barrier, cleanse and dry the stoma area, then center a new barrier and attach the new pouch securely. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions and ensure the pouch clicks into place for a proper seal and comfort.
